Sta. Catalina Beach...where to eat?!
EATING OUT: When not showing off your cooking skills at home (Casa Kenia's  kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, stove, pots, pans, etc.) grab a bite to eat from the following restaurants: Jamming Pizzeria, Los Pibes Bar & Grill,  Donde Vianka´s, Tropical Beach Rest., Hmos. Vasquez, Pinguino's Café, and La Buena Vida.  Currently La Buena Vida is open for breakfast and lunch only.  Pinguino's Café is currently open for lunch and dinner.  The others are open for dinner only.  Each place is different from the others. All are quite unique: Jamming puts out wood burning, oven baked, thin crust pies that will make you feel jamming. Pibes Bar & Grill offers up everything on the grill -from fresh fish to giant hamburgers (the two Argentinian brother's who own/operate the business have become two of Catalina's resident chargers). Donde Vianka´s...come see Vianka yourself. She will treat you to something special; offering a variety of local Panamanian cuisine. Tropical Beach is known to be the first official restaurant to exist in town...this is a lay-back local cafeteria...don't miss it.  Hmos. Vasquez Rest. is smack in the middle of town. Very convenient local cuisine.  La Buena Vida serves it up fresh and healthy (check out the mosaic work!).  Oh, check out the local bakery for fresh bread in the mornings!
